Community Guides Trisha Cook September 9, 2026
Pooler is not simply a market where I sell houses. It is where I built my first home, where I have invested for years and where our businesses have grown alongside a community that has supported us repeatedly.
That is why two pieces of news feel especially meaningful this year.
The Trisha Cook Team was voted Best Real Estate Team in the 2026 Best of Pooler Readers’ Choice Awards, and Greater Savannah Property Management was voted Best Property Management Company. We also recently opened a new Pooler office at 313 W. Collins Street, beside the Greater Pooler Area Chamber of Commerce and near the park.
The awards are an honor. The office is a commitment.
Real estate sales and property management are closely connected, but they require different systems, different expertise and different kinds of service.
The Trisha Cook Team at Compass helps clients buy and sell homes throughout Pooler and the greater Savannah area. Our team includes dedicated real estate, marketing, transaction and client-service professionals because a successful sale involves far more than putting a property online.
Greater Savannah Property Management works with rental-property owners and residents through leasing, operations and ongoing management. Property management is not a side service attached to a sales team. It is its own business with its own responsibilities and standards.
Being selected as Pooler’s Best Real Estate Team and Best Property Management Company in the same year matters because residents recognized both sides of that work.
These are not our first local awards. Our businesses have earned recognition in multiple Pooler categories every year since the current Best of Pooler program began. We were also recognized for years through the previous local magazine serving Pooler. I never want repeated awards to become something we mention casually. Every one represents local people taking the time to vote and attach their confidence to our names.
I built my first house in Pooler. Long before the city became known throughout the region for Costco, Tanger Outlets and rapid commercial growth, I understood its appeal from the perspective of a homeowner.
I have also invested in Pooler real estate for many years. That experience changes how I look at the city. I do not see only listings and recent sales. I see the cost of ownership, the decisions that affect rental performance, the work required to maintain a property and the difference between buying because an area is popular and buying a property that actually makes sense.
Pooler’s growth has created opportunities, but it has also made local knowledge more important. The city now contains established neighborhoods, large master-planned communities, townhomes, apartments, new construction, older homes near its historic center and several distinct commercial corridors. Two properties with a Pooler address can offer very different commutes, traffic patterns, association requirements and ownership costs.
That is the perspective we bring to clients. We know Pooler as homeowners, investors, Realtors, property managers and local business owners.
Real estate is only part of what makes a city worth knowing.
Through It’s Cooler in Pooler and Pooler GA Community Information, we have spent years sharing the businesses, events, openings and people shaping the community. That work was never meant to be a stream of real estate advertisements. Pooler already had enough people selling houses. It needed useful local information and a stronger way to celebrate the businesses and people behind its growth.
The platforms also keep us connected to what residents are actually talking about. A new restaurant, a traffic change, a community event or a development proposal may not look like real estate news at first. In practice, those details shape how people experience an area and what they value about living there.
Our real estate clients benefit from that broader understanding, but the community information stands on its own. You should not have to be buying or selling a house to find something useful from us.
Our new office is in an established part of Pooler, not tucked into a generic office complex where nobody would know we were there.
At 313 W. Collins Street, we are next door to the Greater Pooler Area Chamber of Commerce at 305 W. Collins Street and near the park. The location connects us to the civic and community side of Pooler while the city continues expanding outward.
That was intentional.
The City of Pooler has identified revitalization of its historic center and Highway 80 corridor as an important part of its Main Street planning. While major projects around Pooler Parkway and Interstate 16 receive much of the attention, the established heart of Pooler still matters. Opening an office here gives us the chance to participate in that part of the city’s future.
It also gives our sales and property-management clients a convenient local place to meet with us. More importantly, we want the office to become useful beyond appointments and closings.
We plan to use the new Pooler office for community gatherings in the future.
The details will evolve, but the goal is straightforward: create opportunities for people to connect. That may include client events, educational sessions, local-business collaborations and gatherings tied to the needs and interests of Pooler residents.
We are not announcing a fixed calendar before those plans are ready. We are sharing the intention because it explains why this office matters to us. This is not simply a new address or a sign on a building. We want it to become another way we contribute to a community that has helped build our businesses.
Follow It’s Cooler in Pooler and Pooler GA Community Information for future announcements as those events take shape.
An award recognizes work that has already happened. It does not give anyone permission to coast.
Being named Best Real Estate Team and Best Property Management Company creates a higher expectation for how we communicate, solve problems and show up for Pooler. Our new office makes that accountability more visible. We are here, locally invested and available to the people we serve.
The Trisha Cook Team has served Savannah-area real estate clients since 2007 and has earned more than 1,600 five-star reviews. Those numbers matter, but longevity only has value when it is paired with continued improvement.
To everyone who voted for The Trisha Cook Team and Greater Savannah Property Management in Best of Pooler 2026, thank you. We intend to make the next chapter worthy of the confidence you placed in us.
