We're lucky enough to provide real estate services for several very special communities in our area. From time to time we like to provide a rundown of them to give you a little insight as to what life would be like living there.

Where Is The Community?
The Lakes At Greystone is located in Guyton, GA. From there, you can reach Rincon in 10 minutes, Pooler in 20 minutes, and within half an hour you can be in Savannah itself (the I-95 & I-16 are just a short drive away).
 

What Kind Of Homes Are Built In The Community?

The properties you'll find at The Lakes At Greystone are the very definition of picture perfect - French provincial, low country, traditional homes made from Hardie board and brick. Floor plans generally have spacious rooms and high ceilings which provide an luxurious feel throughout each property.
 
All of the homes here are kept in near pristine condition with immaculate lawns and regularly maintained exteriors – it's an impressive, idyllic, and pretty neighborhood that's a joy to stroll around.

The community is now built out but the main builders were Charles Greer, Faircloth Homes, and Matt Byrd Homes

Yes. The Lakes At Greystone has an active Home Owners Association (Greystone HOA).There are no unusual covenants that we are aware of.
