Belmont Glen is a newer South Effingham community just off of Hodgeville road. Belmont has grown substantially in popularity over the last few years because of its convenient location, great school district, and a multitude of amenities offered for a very low cost.
 
New Homes in Belmont Glen go very quickly because buyers know a great community when they see one.
 
There are 3 Builders who build in Belmont Glen. Faircloth Homes builds up to 4250 square foot, beautifully appointed homes, starting from the high 100s, up to around $300k. Ernest Homes and Konter Homes both also build great homes out in Belmont Glen, starting in the 160s.
 
Belmont Glen in Guyton, GA is not a far drive from Interstate 95, just off of exit 109. Because Effingham County is such a vast area, many buyers don't want to move very far into the county, or very far away from Savannah, GA and Pooler, GA. Belmont Glen's convenient location and competitive home prices help to make it Effingham's most popular new home community.
 
It is also located within the South Effingham School District, which many home buyers purposely move to the area for. Effingham County Schools are all great but the South Effingham Schools tend to make better test scores and have better sports teams as well. They are also newer schools. South Effingham communities tend to hold better value than north Effingham communities because of this (and location being closer to Savannah and Pooler).
 
Lastly, the community of Belmont Glen offers its residents a multitude of amenities that are very attractive to home buyers deciding where they want to call home. Belmont Glen has a great Jr. Olympic swimming pool, a baby pool, pavilion with full kitchen, fitness center, playground, softball/baseball field, football/soccer field, two tennis courts, and a full basketball court as well.
